Lenovo Vibe K5 Review [Updated]
Lenovo Vibe K5 Review
I purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 5-6 months ago. And I’m still using it and I really enjoyed it. It looks pretty nice with golden color. The good thing is it is not lag, working perfect & nice performance. I must say this is the best budget smartphone & you will get everything in it.
There are some features I really liked about it,
Design: It has very light weight metal body and robust metal design with Curved edges. Weight is 150gms. It looks very stylish.
Camera: It has 13MP primary camera & 5MP secondary camera with LED flash.
Battery Performance: It has high density 2750mAh lithium ion removable battery. You can also change the battery if needs & talk-time of 15.1 hours and standby time of 322 hours.
Android: It has Android v5.1 Lollipop operating system & If you want to upgrade to marshmallow than you can, but I suggest stick with stock ROM.
CPU: It has 64-Bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 Octa Core chips & Adreno 405 GPU. It makes running fast & smooth.
RAM: 2GB DDR3 RAM. Nice performance on 2GB RAM.
Memory: It has 16GB internal memory and you can also expand up to 32GB.

SIM: It is dual SIM phone (Micro+Micro). GSM, WCDMA, 3G, 4G LTE supported.
Connectivity: Bluetooth, WiFi Hotspot & GPRS, EDGE, HSPA+ Awesome 4G experience.
Display: It has 12.7 centimeters (5-inch) HD IPS capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Pretty cool & very bright display.
Some other features: As usual GPS, Music Player, Video Player, FM Radio, Gravitation sensor, Proximity sensor, Light sensor, compass, Gyro sensor, E-mail.
Sound: I must say the sound is awesome. Dynamic sound by Dolby Atmos virtualization and twin high-performance speakers. So, this all about the speakers.
Warranty: It has 1-year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase.
There are some other features which I don’t like about it,
Camera: I really disappointed with the camera. The picture quality of the camera in low light is not so good with compare to another budget phone like Redmi 3s prime. The secondary camera is not good & while video shooting is not good enough. I don’t think its 5MP camera.
Fast charging: I miss fast charging in this phone. It takes some time for complete charging.
Gaming: It is not for gaming. 1 hour of playing battery drains very fast and sometimes overheating. (only when playing games)
SIM slots [Update]: Now, the latest update of Marshmallow support 4G for both slots. So, you can you use 4G sim to any of the slots.
So, In my opinion, this is an average phone. I’m giving my complete 5 months using experience with good/bad features.
