Hello, Today I’m gonna talk about how to link SBI debit card to PayPal account. As you know PayPal supports only International Debit/Credit Cards like ICICI, Axis, HDFC etc. If you are using SBI Classic Debit Card then you can’t link it with PayPal. So, let’s dive directly into it.

To link your SBI debit card with PayPal you need SBI International debit card. For that, you have to apply for it. Login to your SBI net banking¬†account. Now go to e-Services. Choose ATM Card Services. If you don’t have any debit card then select New ATM Activation otherwise Request ATM/Debit Card and choose the mode. I prefer OTP if you don’t know your Profile Password. Make sure Profile Password and Login Password both are different. Enter OTP which send to your registered mobile number.

Now, a new window will open and select your account for you are applying for Debit Card. Enter your name in Name on the Card. There are 4 different option of cards select SBI-MasterCard StateBank Global. Because it’s a global card you can use it everywhere in world and MasterCard provides better services. Accept terms & conditions and Submit (please read all terms and conditions before apply). Now, you will get a message like Congratulations you will receive your Debit Card within 7-8 working days on the Registered address.

Once your Debit Card arrive 1st of all generate new ATM Pin for safety purpose and then use it. You can use directly no need to verify or activate it. Now, you are ready to link your SBI Debit Card to PayPal.
