Hey, Today I’m gonna talk about how to complete backup your data & how to schedule time machine backup on your mac? For backing up your Mac data Time Machine is the best application for backup which is by default application of Mac. So, let’s get started.
How to Schedule Time Machine Backup
1st of all, connect your external hard drive with Mac on which you want to save the backup. Now, open Time Machine. Now, open the lock by entering your admin password. Select Backup Automatically option. So, when you connect your hard drive to Mac then it will automatically start for taking backup.

But don’t worry, once your hard drive is full then it will automatically delete the oldest backup. So, there are no chances of data loss. Now, select your Disk. (Click on Time Machine disk if you name it Time Machine) & click on Use Disk. Now, the backup process is started and it will take for 250GB+ storage 20-30mins.
And yeah please select last option (Show Time Machine in the menu bar) So, you can easily access from the menu bar.
In this way, you can take a backup of whole Mac by Time Machine.
Now, I’m gonna talk about how to set schedule for Time Machine backup.
1st of all you need TimeMachineEditor 4.5.3 application. So, once you download the and install it.
Now, Connect your external hard drive & open the app.
You will get a new window and Select Mode of Operation.
And yeah please make sure you check both boxes & at the bottom left corner your get on/off button & make it ON & click on Apply.
