How to Create a Group for List Mailing in Mac OS X Mail
Hey, In this tutorial, I’m gonna talk about how to create contacts group on Mac. Open your contacts. To add New Group click on File and select New Group. New Group will add in the left sidebar. Now, enter the name. But there are some issues with Mac OS Sierra you need to enter twice to rename the group. Now, select contacts & simply drag n drop to New Group. So simple!
Now, If you want to delete group then you cannot remove it directly by secondary click or something. So, select the group and go to Edit and select Delete Group/Remove From Group.

If you having issues of Duplicates then Click on Card and select Look For Duplicates & click on Merge. So, If you have any duplicate contacts then it will merge them. So, it’s very simple and very important.
Now, I’m giving you a little trick of Mail.
If you want to share a plan with your friends then you don’t have to send email them individually.
So, Create a contact group and add your friends. Now, Open your Mail (Default mail client of Apple). Now Compose Mail and enter only Group name in “To” tab. So, you see it will automatically add your group member in it. So, you don’t need to add/send emails individually.
